About The Japanese Koi Company

The Japanese Koi Company is an independantly owned Aquatic Superstore which was started when the owner, a keen Koi keeper, found that he could not get the choice of products and advice he needed to further his love of Koi keeping.

Thoughout the past sixteen years it has gone from strength to strength and now encompasses an enormous range of products and livestock from:

Hand picked quality Japanese Nishikigoi, which are chosen and selected by ourselves on our trips to the best of the Japanese Breeders.

We also carry a full range of Tropical fish from tiny Neons to the mighty Arowana.

Our range of Marine fish and Soft and Hard Corals are displayed in their own custom built tanks with dedicated filtration and lighting to ensure their optimum welfare.

We also carry a range of Fancy Coldwater fish as well as Goldfish.

We now stock a full selection of Reptiles as well as Small Animals from Mice, Rats, Rabbits, Chinchillas and Ferrets, Etc, and have now introduced Birds and Parrots into our range

We stock a full range of equipment to complement all of our animals and can offer expert advice any all aspects of husbandry, whether it be for the keeping of a humble Stick Insect to advice on building and filtering a multi thousand gallon Koi pond.

All of our enthusiastic staff keep up to date with the latest innovations and products that are available as well as working closely with local (and some not so local) Specialist Vets to make sure that all of our livestock is looked after to the highest degree.

We have 3 car parks so parking is not usually a problem although on some weekends they fill up pretty quickly.
